Mainly because i thought that psychology was super interesting, figuring out how we think and why we do the things that we do. Then, the more I learned, the more I wanted to learn about mental health, which led me to doing the research that I am doing now. Its a super interesting and I think that it is a valuable thing for us to know more about!

That and when everyone asks me if I can tell what they are thinking I can in a completely dead-pan voice make the Freudian joke of “your ma”. Ok, I’ve only just thought of that, but I am totally doing it next time!
